Overview

This is a 3d printed boat trailer. Read this whole description before buying!

Lead Time: This product takes about a week to prepare before shipping. Do not buy if you are in a hurry!

The RAW variation. This means:

1. It comes as bare PLA plastic
2. It may still have supports that you need to trim off (knife/razor blade/etc)
3. It will have many rough edges and "strings" of plastic to clean up
4. The surface will be full of lines that are visible

It's pretty easy to sand smooth and paint with filler primer to start getting a smooth finish if that is what you are after.

Hitch System

The trailer has a sturdy “loop” built in that will fit perfectly something like this:

Wheels and Tires

The trailer comes with no wheels or tires. You can choose to add them in the options before you add to cart. We have a simple and cheap plastic option that will hold up for a few drives around the block.

We can also sell a nice beadlock rim and tire combo with bearings that will probably hold up for a very long time with a reasonable weight on the trailer.

Assembly

This raw version of the trailer comes in 2 pieces that you glue together with super glue. You will also have to buy and install the wheels and tires. The plastic is not smooth and will need you to finish, this is up to you but probably means filler primer and sanding and painting.
